Summary

A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability, CVE-2026-18064, has been identified in NASA's Core Flight System (cFS) Health & Safety (HS) Application, affecting versions up to 7.0.1. Successful exploitation could lead to a denial-of-service condition and processor reset. A fix is under development, with an interim mitigation available on the dev branch of the HS GitHub repository.
